For more than a decade, I've built businesses from the ground up — leading teams, designing systems, serving communities, and creating organizations that continue to grow. Long before I began teaching Artificial Intelligence, I was building businesses that required leadership, operations, compliance, workflow design, strategic planning, and scalable systems.
As Founder and CEO of A Second Touch, established in 2015, I lead an organization serving more than 160 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, with plans to expand to more than 300. Building and growing this organization has given me firsthand experience in leadership, team development, compliance, operational excellence, and creating systems that support long-term growth.
As Founder and CEO of JOY Making a Difference™, I've spent more than a decade empowering youth through financial literacy, entrepreneurship, leadership development, and now Artificial Intelligence. Today, that vision continues to grow through our Financial Literacy & Entrepreneurship Café and Before & After School Child Care Center, where we're preparing the next generation with practical life, business, and technology skills.
When I entered real estate, I quickly realized that traditional lead generation wasn't building the business I wanted. During my first year as a REALTOR®, I invested more than $30,000 purchasing online leads that never created long-term success. That experience changed everything. I realized I wasn't building a business — I was renting opportunities.
That lesson inspired me to build something different.
Today, I help REALTORS®, teams, and brokerages leverage Artificial Intelligence, strategic branding, automation, and business systems to create businesses they truly own. Instead of relying on expensive lead platforms or outdated marketing, I teach professionals how to build powerful personal brands, AI-powered business systems, organic marketing strategies, email campaigns, video content, and client relationships that continue working long after the workday ends.
Whether I'm working from a coffee shop, walking through downtown Tampa, meeting clients, traveling, or planning from home, my business isn't tied to a desk because I've built systems that move with me. That's the freedom I help other professionals create.
